Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). Processing may take an additional 3–5 business days if incorrect payment or shipping information is provided.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship Monday–Friday. Delivery times are estimates only and exclude weekends and holidays. ManForceX is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or delayed packages, including USPS or UPS shipping guarantees. International orders may take 4–6 weeks, and in rare cases up to 8–12 weeks, due to customs.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Customers must refuse or return the package with tracking to request a refund.

Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed or shipped.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking confirms delivery, ManForceX does not issue refunds. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns & Refunds
Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. All bottles (including empty, partial, bonus, or free bottles) must be returned with order details. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after return verification.

All returns must be shipped via USPS with a valid tracking number.
